Thanks to the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA), more than 100 juniors and seniors from eight DC and regional high schools visited Reagan National Airport for a day of career talks, behind-the-scenes tours and one-on-one networking with professionals in aviation.

Students also met with recruiters and executives from the airport across culinary, concessions, airlines and public safety.

" I thought the airline industry was pretty simple. But after my experience, I compare airports to a small city. There are so many different areas and roles and everyone works together at the same time to make things run smoothly.” - Daniel, Coolidge High School
