AEF is proud to introduce our Advanced Internship Program (AIP) interns for the 2024-25 school year.

The interns will be working to learn about the hospitality industry, assist with programs and events, and share their experiences on AEF’s Instagram and TikTok.

Fifty DC Academy of Hospitality & Tourism, Culinary Arts and Mass Media students hit the road this November to visit Temple University’s School of Sport, Tourism and Hospitality Management and Fox School of Communications. 

The dual college visit and work-based learning experience showcased:

• An immersive tour and sessions with the Temple University team
• A food and history experience at Reading Terminal Market
• A Big Bus tour of Philadelphia
• A sports tourism opportunity to view a football game at Lincoln Financial Field
